Pinewood Homestead - A Magnificent Property At Diggers Rest

Many people are surprised to discover some of the historical gems around the Digger Rest and Sunbury areas. Some magnificent homesteads were constructed at the time of prosperpous agriculture and the gold rush.

The original bluestone, brick and weatherboard construction home is 585m (63 squares) was built in 1870.
