The land on the corner of Houdini Drv and Vineyard Rd is planned to begin building in February 2014. Stage 1 & 2 have been sold out and blocks are available for purchase in the Peppercress and Burrow Releases.

Most owners are young couples who are planning to establish their first homes in Diggers Rest. There are also some elder ladies as well as retirees who are seeking to downsize while being next door to a town centre. We will also see the display centre start building in March / April 2014.
