New Netball Courts are Paying Off

The new netball courts have been a long time in the making.

The development was led by Bob & Jannine Ryan, Adele Downey and Melissa Sharp and their relentless efforts finally paid off and club now have a high quality court to play on. The courts also helped unify the football and netball clubs, being so close to the boys means that both teams can support each other.

The $60,000 improvements were made as part the Victorian State Government funding for football and netball in 2010. The Melton council facilitated the project and added a sound barrier wall between the netball and tennis courts.
